Geneviève Allard joined the Trois-Rivières Port Authority in 2019. As Director of Innovation, logistics and productivity, she is responsible for improving the efficiency, reliability and competitiveness of the seaway, rail and road networks, of paramount importance to the Port. Her goal is to improve the port’s overall productivity by putting new ideas and innovative technologies into practice, changing day-to-day operations.
Geneviève has more than 20 years of experience in the R&D and innovation sector. She has led numerous collaborative projects between academics, indigenous groups, governments, and the industry. She has extensive experience in the realization of multidisciplinary projects in fields such as energy efficiency, environmental monitoring, climate change adaptation, port traffic optimization and logistics performance measurement.
Her education includes a MSc in Geography and a BSc in Geography from the University of Québec in Rimouski. She is currently pursuing a MBA at the University of Québec in Trois-Rivières.
