Hege has been with the port since 2016 and has served as the CTO since April 2023. She brings over 30 years of experience in the maritime and offshore sectors, including roles in management and project leadership. Prior to joining the Port of Oslo, Hege spent 16 years at DNV. She holds a Master of Science in Civil and Structural Engineering from NTNU.
