Ian Koeppel leads Esri’s transportation business development initiatives in Europe, facilitating the application of geospatial technology toward the digital transformation of seaports, railways and other modes of transport. Before joining Esri, he served as Managing Consultant at Accenture, and as Director of Management Information Systems at the City of New York Department of Parks & Recreation. Ian holds a Masters degree in Geography and Environmental Planning, and resides in the Loire-Atlantic region of France.
